Hand stitched on raw canvas with cotton thread
60 x 65 cm
This exhibition brings together a collection of embroidered works developed over the past two years, exploring the relationship between nature and built environments. The work is inspired by moments where organic forms and man-made structures meet. Where growth pushes through concrete, softens rigid surfaces, and quietly reclaims space.
Using embroidery as a drawing tool, each piece is hand-stitched on canvas, embracing a slow and meditative process. Through line, texture, and repetition, the work reflects both the resilience of nature and the subtle harmony that can exist when natural and constructed elements sit alongside one another.
There is a quiet beauty in these encounters, an unspoken balance where neither dominates, but instead enhances the other. Each stitch becomes a deliberate act of intension, inviting the viewer to slow down, look closely, and engage with the materiality and detail of the work.
