I began creating these smaller floral studies while traveling at the beginning of the year— they were the perfect size to bring along on the go. I wanted to capture the variety of flowers I encountered on my journey in a more personal way, which inspired me to build this collection of artworks. Through each piece, I aim to reflect the essence of nature's weaving patterns as petals, stalks, and flowers gracefully move across the canvas. And also bring Spring/Summer permanently to my studio.
This collection marks the early stages of my exploration into the forms of nature, juxtaposed with the mimicking structures of human-made elements like telephone poles and tiled buildings.
